The Greater Offetstine Area is home to various pervasive criminal organizations.
Past
- The Coalition was an incredibly pervasive criminal organization headquartered in Offetstine and led by Raja, notable for being exclusive to demi-humans, and offering an effective safe haven for more chaotic individuals.
Current
- The Serpents are a powerful and dominant criminal organization led by Sonia Versace, more typical in operation and structure than the eccentric Coalition.
- The Hunter's Guild, more formally the Bishops, is a fairly young organization established by Evi Snijder as a front for her vampire-hunting guild.
- The Chiennes d'Armes are a relatively minor organization in Offetstine, predominantly staffed by misfits and headed by Dia Silver.
Post-Coalition
Many criminal organizations in Offetstine and neighboring cities were established specifically after the fall of the Coalition. These organizations are often colloquially referred to as "Neo-Coalitions".
- The Ringleaders are an organization established in the wake of the Coalition, an effective love letter to the gang at its peak headed by Austro.
- The Major Arcana is a small yet powerful organization adamant on the impermanence of the Masquerade and the inherent superiority of demi-humans.
