The Offetstine Annual Music and Art Festival Which is hosted on the second week of June. Originally hosted by James R. Elendigbaldemally in 1928. Elendigbaldemally was an American immigrant that yearned to bring the jazzy community into Europe.

The festival began as a group on the street playing for donations. The profit generated from just this small event was extremely well above projected margins. The next year, more individuals came alomg with the day long session of playing. This steady increase gave way to the Elendigbaldemally Annual Jazz and Other Music Sounds Fest and Theatre. This was soon shortened to the Offetstine Music Festival, which opened its doors to many other genres of music and which has hosted many prominent figures like The B-52's, The Cure, and Anthrax.
